Hiya everyone. Bit stupped to which gpu would help me get the best out of my pc.

I do stream gaming content.

I have

Ryzen 5 5600x
Gpu current is rtx 3060ti.
Power supply 750w
32gb ddr4 ram

I'd be aiming at 16GB model tbh, I've seen VRAM go above 12GB in some games at 1440p.

There's AMD 9070 or 9070XT

GPU wise your looking at a 5070 Nvidia or 9070 AMD .

without seeing the gpu if its more that 650, you would be better of spending 700 and getting an XT model

The 9070 is a decent perfomer but the cheapest available ATM seems to be £600.

personally I would put a bit more in,(£50) and get the 16GB AMD 7090 xt from elsewhere, as AMD drivers are just superior nowadays, AMD are really on top in this regard
or get the 7900xt as it is AMD, and on sale, plus it has 20GB ram for if you do go up to 4K
