OCuk will have another 500 9070xt's arriving next week..the sapphire pulse 9070xt would be my pick for new gpu,. Having FSR4 which is way better than fsr3.1 will give you a bit more longevity to the card too

9070 similar to a 4070ti, so watch the below as will give you an idea

pc centric did a build with a 9700x and 9070xt and was seeing a slight bottleneck with the 9700x..it was a xt rather than the non, but 9700x is a big step up from a 5600x

It's probably going to have less of a bottleneck on a 5600x than the equivalent Nvidia card, AMD tends to have less driver overhead.
