Upgrading gtx570

Want an upgrade for my new ivybridge rig.. Would like a card which runs very silent and is overclockable to some extent if possible. Any recommendations? Can spend up to 250ish, but can go higher if I get bang for the buck.

Playing mostly bf3 at the moment

Either of those would be an upgrade but having gone from a 6970 to a 7950. TBH, the difference isn't all that. Smart decision is to wait until next gen. Up to you though

HIS at load, Gigabyte at idle. Neither are loud, though to a certain extent noise will be subjective. Personally, I'd choose the Gigabyte as they have a much faster turn around for rma. I can also vouch for the cooler, as my card has one.

Another option you have (if you really are highly sensitive to noise), would be to buy a reference model and attach one of these :
