I've got a packard bell ipower x8630 system, I'm looking at possibly changing pretty much my whole system. I need to keep my budget under £600, bear in mind I have 2 ATI Radeon 5770's gathering dust which I'll use.
I'm looking at getting these new parts, and would like some advice please
AMD Phenom II X4 Quad Core 965 Black Edition 3.40GHz £143.98
Kingston SSDNow V+ Series 64GB 2.5" SATA-II Solid State Hard Drive £137.99
I'll be needing a new motherboard that will fit with that processor as well as the 2 x 5770's, and a new PSU. Atm I have 3gb of 667mhz ram and I'd like to hear your thoughts on upgrading to ddr3. Lastly will I have any problems fitting these new parts into my case? I can't find the model number, so i'll just link a pic of it Thanks in advance !
