Upgrading Macbook pro 13 2009

I think it has 4gb ddr3 ram last time I checked. He's only using about 120 gb of his hard drive. Everything else is stock since he bought it awhile back.

IIRC he might only be able to upgrade to 6GB depending on the model, SSD is the obvious one as suggested

I completed the SSD upgrade over the weekend, big improvement in boot up and general system performance is much better - no freezing when trying to perform simple tasks like watching Netflix!
