Upgrading Macbook pro SSD + memory

I have done a scan on Crucial letting me know which memory i can use, 16GB for £75.

I also want to stick an SSD in it, i'm looking at the 500GB 850 EVO or something along those lines, i've never upgraded hardware on a mac before, what's the process?
