My old Coolermaster Stacker 830 is due an upgrade. I will be going SLI in the next week or so and my single 570 gets up to 83c in there on its own 
My requirements are:
Cable management
Easy to clean dust filters
Easy access for hard drives
Lots of space for hard drives (5+)
Can fit multiple graphics cards in
Good cooling properties
USB 3.0 as well as 2.0 on the front
I was eyeing up the fractal define R4 but they seem to have disappeared
Budget - None really though I don't want to spend more that £180 unless its truly worth it.
Limitation - No taller that 700mm
Spec away
