Hi guys. I am upgrading my PC every few months, and wondered where i should start. My specs are:

Q8200
ATI XFX Overclocked 4850
4GB DDR2 OCZ
OCZ StealthXStream 2 600W
320GB Sata HD
Motherboard is a Asus P5KPL-AM
Case is Thermaltake VL10001W2Z Element G Case

I am going to spend 200-300 for the first upgrade. What should i plump for? Motherboard and CPU? I am a gamer and ultimately want to play my games on 1920 x 1080.

Cheers in advance.

Would try and save a wee bit more money then go for an i5 or Phenom II setup, then you have a solid platform for other upgrades such as an ssd or better graphics.

good, you would also need a performance cooler to O/C the cpu, http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=HS-035-AR

I'd go for a H50 CPU cooler rather than a blu ray drive, and then a 5850.

Then if you wanted to go and overclock, I guess we'd all be happy to help :)
