Upgrading my computer with a £1,000 budget

I haven't upgraded my dusty computer nearly 3 years and I've got a decent amount to spend on actually making it capable of running new releases at decent settings. And I'm wondering what you guys would advice me to get for my parts?
These are my current specs.

I'm looking to upgrade/add:

• Case
• Motherboard
• Graphics card
• Processor
• Power supply
• SSD
• Maybe water cooling for my CPU

I've all ready got a decent keyboard, mouse, monitor,OS, RAM and headset so those are out of the question.
