Upgrading my gaming machine

Hi I was wondering what advice people can give about upgrading my pc. I know how to install most hardware but I don't have a clue about stats. What I'm looking for is how to make my machine a lot quieter and what upgrades it could support in terms of power, cpu, graphics card and cooling.

Do you have a budget? what do you do with this pc? Gaming? light duties, editing ect?


Edit : also just off the bat, adding an SSD would be the single best upgrade you could do to that system, and im confident everyone on these forums would mirror that suggestion.


Oh sorry, I forgot to put that. Well I use it for gaming and making youtube videos. I always want to get into streaming too but the machine is very load when on max load. As for a budget, id say mid range. I dont have much money but enough to get avoid cheapest options.
