Upgrading my own system £700

Hi All,
I am looking at upgrading my current hardware. What could i do with £700 for the following components?

Case
Motherboard
CPU
RAM

got the rest already.

The PC will be used for gaming.
My current hardware is:
AMD Phenom II x6 1045t cpu
Asrock M3A770DE motherboard
1600MHz RAM
64GB SSD
2TB hardrive

Im not fussy about case. just needs usb 3.0 ports on front.

I forgot to mention GPU to be included in £700.
My GPU budget is about £300

PSU is 750w corsair. Yes all drives SATA, SSD is 64GB Kingston

If I wanted to spend more on graphics what would be the limit for the CPU?
