Upgrading My PC

hey, I am looking to upgrade my computer for Christmas I have a budget of £100 - £120

here are my current specs:

CPU: Intel Pentium 4 3.40GHz (slot 748)

Mobo: ASrock P4i65GV (more info here: http://www.asrock.com/mb/overview.asp?Model=P4i65GV)

RAM: 1GB

PSU: 360W

Graphics Card: Nvidia 6200GE

if anything else is needed just leave a comment saying what, I will probably able to find it out.

well, I was thinking of upgrading the Mobo so i can get a better graphics card in there,

I don't need an amazing computer just good enough to run counter strike source and such games like that.

will this PSU be enough ??
