upgrading my PC

Hi everyone, i want to upgrade my PC and could do with some advice on how best to spend my budget

I currently have a quad core 2.6ghz AMD processor, 4gb ddr2 ram and two hd5770's crossfired, not sure what motherboard i have

I think I need to upgrade my core components first and then graphics cards later when i've saved a few more pennies but I'm quite new to this so may be wrong...?

My budget is roughly £300, any help would be really appreciated
