Upgrading my PC

Hey everyone

Need a little help in choosing the next PC upgrade.
I'll only be gaming on my PC and nothing else. I've been an Intel guy since day dot so all I've known is that. Never been torn away as it's always been reliable

I have tried to research but get a little lost in all the tech talk.

I have came up with this for now, I'm sure you'll change what you think is necessary and if there is something better or equivalent than me spending over the odds for something I don't need.

Price wise, yes I'd love it cheaper but I'd be happier around the 2k
I have a monitor ATM which I'll still use - 27"
I have been looking though for maybe a wide-screen 32"/34"? If you'd like to maybe suggest?
That would also be very nice of you ‍♂️

Hopefully that works

Many thanks ☺️

Cheers for the quick reply
Obviously I'd go for AMD if that's better as a gaming rig. I've just never had a problem or issue with Intel
I'd like it to be around the 2k mark but I'm open to suggestions.
I would really like the PC to last me more than say 5 years without having to upgrade it.

My current PC is as follows
I7 10700 3.80GHz
3080
32 GB Ram Team Group 3600MHz
1TB WD Red X2 I think
Fractal 360 cooling fans
MSI motherboard
Aorus AD27QD monitor

I appreciate the info

No I'm not 100% with Intel and can be persuaded to switch and go for AMD if that's purely based on a gaming PC.
I've just always had Intel

The 9800X3D would be the better option and I wouldn't mind paying that little bit extra to get the better running PC

Again white isn't a preference tbh just looked at certain PC's that had the best air flows. Again I've always liked NZXT.
If there is something better out there I'm all ears

What's the difference between the graphics cards other than massive price difference? Are Nvidia way better than AMD or is that not the case?

Many thanks again

Ohhh lovely again, thank you
I like a smaller case than the big mid one I have already. I like to condense if I can.
I'm happy to go with the 207 without the digital to save that extra £20 or so

I do like to keep the GPU & CPU
As for the others, I'm more than happy to save the pennies if it keeps the performance and speed at a cost of the money.
Who wouldn't right, no point paying over the odds for no greater performance or speed.
So I could be tempted to change the RAM and storage

I did also add the thermalright frozen in there too.
I did look at that motherboard but I opted for the pricey one instead for some reason
I think it was the 1 DP and I use 2 monitors ATM

Many thanks ‍♂️
