Upgrading my system

Hi

I'm thinking about upgrading my system. My current specs:

E2180 @ 3GHz
2GB DDR2 memory
Radeon HD 3850 256MB
Gigabyte GA-73PVM-S2H motherboard
Cooler Master Real Power Modular 520W power supply.

I am mainly looking into upgrading my CPU/memory/GPU. I want a quad core, 4GB memory and a good graphics card to go alongside that. Whats the cheapest and best I will be able to get at the moment? I am looking at something like this:

Budget is around 300? For gaming I guess?

Yeah, about £300-£350 and for gaming. My current spec is getting on a bit now for gaming so I would like something more up-to-date and able to run the latest and upcoming games at good graphical quality.

Looks good to me and a good price at a shade over 250 quid... a bit left in the budget for a good CPU cooler, if you intend to OC?, if you have not already got one.

looks like solid base, just toss in a good cooler and you should be getting a good O/C
