Upgrading my system

My current system just dosent seem to measure up anymore. I have the money to upgrade the CPU, Mobo and RAM. Was thinking about buying CPU Mobo and RAM x2

Total: £278.27 Anyone recommend a different setup? Or waiting for 'Bulldozer' maybe?

Was wanting a 6core for rendering speed, not for gaming as much. But would like a cpu that could hold its worth in most high res situations
