Upgrading my system...

Do you have a better CPU cooler than the stock intel one?

Depending on the cooler you may run into problems with that RAM because of the height of its heat-spreaders.

With that exception they would work fine.

Of course if you need both of those you could sell your i5-760 and go for a sandy-bridge build?

According to the motherboard specs it supports 1.65V RAM. You have picked a 1.5V set. If you can ensure that the board is 1.65V (and not a typo) i'd play it safe and get some 1.65V RAM.
Why are you going for 1866Mhz, i think 1600Mhz should be enough.

Yes i do, i purchased an overclocked game titan about a year ago, the mobo is faulty and im sending asus it back hence why i am upgrading, this board is better than the current P755M. I cant remember the CPU cooler but OCUK had it clocked to 4GIG using it.

What memory would you recommend? The 1866mhzz stuff with that voltage is on pre-order and i really would like something in stock.

I looked at the 1600MHZ, price is a lot cheaper! I am even thinking of getting this x 2

16GB!!

Doesn't matter what voltage RAM you get, you can set it to the correct value in bios. I've run 1.5v and 1.65v with my i5 750 with no problems.

Edit: the kit you've linked to above will work great :) There's no need for 16GB unless you're doing some serious 3d rendering though. 8GB is already overkill for nearly everything.
