Hi there, I've decided to upgrade my PC from my i5-2500k and AMD 7950 as it doesn't deliver the performance I would like in the games released in the last few months. I am looking for a new processor, motherboard, graphics card and a 500Gb SSD. Whilst I've done some research on the newer i5 models and the GTX 970 I'm just not sure which components are the best value for money at the moment. My budget is £700 at the absolute maximum and I would greatly appreciate some help in deciding what is best, cheers.

I've got my i5-2500K clocked at 4.6Ghz, so maybe I can keep it for a while longer. Considering I've had it since January 2011 I've got great value out of it to say the least. So which GTX 970 and SSD do you think I should go for?
