Hi guys,
Long time reader but first time poster. :D

I've been out of the PC scene for a good 5 years now (built a e6600 system last time) and I think it's time for me to start building again. All I really need is a new mobo, ram and processor as I have bits I can use from my old machine (1tb hdd, 900w PSU and gfx) and I just wondered if it was safe for me to use my old case (http://www.apevia.com/productsInfo.asp?KEY=X-CRUISER-BK) ? I've double checked the specs with mobo's and it does seem to fit etc, but just wanted some advice before taking the plunge?

This is the bundle I'm looking at purchasing so any advice on this would also be welcome. Machine is mainly for gaming.

Hi and welcome to the forums. :)

It will fit but is a poor case. Only 80mm fans and the psu is at the top where it has to suck all the heat in. What make is the 900w psu?

As for your current case, what are you current temps like? Is the air flow good?

Your case is ATX, so should take your new motherboard no problem.

That bundle is great, but it would be cheaper to buy the bits separately and do the oveclocking yourself.

Edit: too slow :(

Thanks both. The case isn't great and it can get a bit hot (sorry can't remember temps), but I thought I could save myself a bit of monies by using my old one. The PSU a Tagan. Any tips on a good cheapish case would be welcomed?
