Hi guys I posted a thread before about this old HP but I bought a new PC from scratch instead for my brother so he didn't have to use it any more.
I'd like to upgrade it anyway at this point the specs are below

I was thinking I could upgrade the CPU to a : Intel Q9450 but I don't know what PSU I should go with or GPU it says it supports PCI Express x16 graphics cards.
Any help for the PSU 500W ? or higher and GPU would be appreciated, my budget for the PSU and GPU Combo will be £140. It'd be used for gaming at 1680x1050, ideally a GPU that is somewhat quiet would be nice as well.
