Haha! Whilst randomly clicking about in my bios, getting my feet wet so to speak, I found out that OCUK had saved a profile in there! So I loaded that and BOOM! Up to 4GHz 
SO happy hehe. Downloaded a temperature watch just to keep an eye on that. Now going to download some kind of stress test to make sure it's stable. I'll report back
