Upgrading PC now shuts off within a second

Components listed as my signature.

Im currently adding a cpu cooler, new gpu and new psu.

Through trial and error, so far Ive removed the new processor cooler and gpu.
It will power on for about a second then theres a clickfrom the PSU and will shut down.
So far Im powering the pc on with whats connected below.

I have tried all the basics, take 1 ram stick out and vice versa, everything worked before this upgrade.
Tested the PSU with the tester connecter, which loops the power back into the psu to see if it works, and the fan spins fine.

What could possibly be causing this short out?

It might be worth removing the motherboard, sit it on a flat none conductive surface and test again, also will let you check the case for any unusual bumps, loose washers screws etc

Do you have the 4/8 pin cpu power connector plugged in. Normally in the top left on mobos.
