I am looking to upgrade my PC, hopefully, if possible, just the graphics card.
After talking to a few people I was told that this would be a waste of time, since my processor is out-dated, and since I want to keep this on a low budget.
I was looking at getting a http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=GX-038-KF originally, but as I say, I was advised against it since the processor so outdated.
My current processor is a AMD Phenom 9850 Quad-core 2.5GHz.
The idealistic option would be to get a optimum performance on my current PC without having to get a new processor, (I would really like it to last a further 7-8 years, I don't mind playing games at lowest graphics [I have done with BF3 for a while!])
It would be muchly appreciate if you could give me a hand!
