Morning,

I'm thinking of adding some more RAM, adding a new HDD and also looking to update BIOS. I bought a pre-overclocked system as per spec in sig.

1. If I add new RAM, will the RAM overclock settings aitomatically be applied to slots 2 & 4 or will I need to manually apply? If so, can I simply use the current slot 1 & 3 timings/freq?

2. When updating BIOS, do overclock settings get wiped? If they do (I've never overclocked myself), can I take a note of my current stable settings and simply re-apply?

Thanks for your help.

Thanks.

Noob question coming, is there an easy way to reset to default settings if I don't know what the default settings are?

Also, if I'm not experiencing any issues, is it worth updating the BIOS?

Tar much.
