Upgrading Ram on a MacBookPro

im thinking about getting a MacBookPro the 15" 2.16GHz model. On changing the specs you can select to have the system you want. It allows you to get 2 x 512mb of ram instead of the 1 x 1 Gig stick. Getting the 2 x 512mb cuts off £60 to the price. Ive been looking around cant i cant find how many slots the laptop has for ram. If i was to want to get more ram , just not apples , so it would be cheaper would it make more sense to get the 1 Gig stick or the 2 x 512mb

If I were you I'd get the single 1GB stick for now, but I believe there are two slots

There are two slots. The best thing to do is get it from Apple with 1x 1GB and buy more from somewhere else if you need it.

It'd be cool if you could buy it with no RAM at all and source it yourself a lot cheaper.
