Hi, I need a little help choosing the ram I need to upgrade my PC.

I currently have 16GB (2x8GB) in two slots in my Gigabyte H610M S2H DDR4 motherboard. I'm aware it's able to house 64GB (2x32GB) but I'm only looking to upgrade to 32GB.

I have had a look on Overclockers store but I don't know which RAM is compatible with my system. Is anyone able to tell me which are compatible, or know of a scanner which can tell me what is compatible wiuth my system.

Thank you for your time.

Pretty much anything should work, so I'd probably go for the £80 Vulcans, or the £90 Corsair kit, but if you want to be 100% certain then buy something on the QVL ("Memory Support List" if you google your board model, for the Gigabyte website).

Crucial and Kingston have configurators.

It might be an idea just to double check that you can change the frequency and DRAM voltage in the BIOS, because if you can't, then you may be better off with non-gaming memory (e.g. Kingston value, or Crucial not-Ballistix). I believe your board supports XMP, so this should not be a problem.

Cool, I think I have a better understanding of this now. I think my system already as two of the 8GB sticks of DDR4 Vulcan RAM so I'll just get the step up come pay day.
