Upgrading ram

or upgrade my ram to 2x 4096MB

What's your setup and what do you primarily use your rig for?

Plus, is your system clocked?

Use my rig for a bit of everything really and yeah my i5 760 is clocked to 4.2ghz

Well, ideally you would upgrade to the 2x4Gb - as you wont then potentialy complicate/compromise your clock.

However, i doubt you need the extra memory for 'a bit of everything' - as it sounds as you use your computer for gaming/everyday use. If this is the case 4Gb is more than enough.

But, if you want the extra memory then the 2x4gb would be the optimum solution -and the xms3 would be the perfect choice.
