Upgrading Rig :D

Morning all, I am about to start doing upgrades on my current rig, spec below! Anyone have any suggestions? Not looking to spend more than 1k on upgrades.

Current rig:
Intel Core i5-2500K @ 4.4Ghz
Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 1TB SATA 6Gb x2
Gigabyte Z68AP-D3 Intel Z68
ASUS ENGTX560 DCII OC/2DI/1GD5 GeForce GTX 560 @ 925mhz
Crucial RealSSD M4 64GB 2.5 SATA 6Gb/s Solid State Hard Drive
Antec TruePower New Modular 650W
Antec Kúhler H2O 620 Series 4 CPU Watercooler
Kingston HyperX Genesis Grey 8GB x2

I havn't been able to catch up with all the latest and greatest stuff due to work, I am would like to utilize you guys

If you play games then stick a GTX770/780 in it.

the rest of your specs are fine.... you could jump to Haswell but the gain might not be worth it.
