Hello

I cant wait for the mags to review the cards so is it worth upgrading from an 8800GTS 512mb to a 4870 or GT260, anybody done this and reaped the benefits ?

eg my 3dmark vantage is P7103 and H3720

4870>260, there are plenty of online reviews which are better than mags. There is a thread full of 4870 reviews so do a search :).

Mate, there are a 100 online reviews of both GPUs. Use google. Overall the 4870 gives you better performance for a lower price, so for me that is the obvious choice.
