Upgrading to a mobo bundle

Can anyone give me any feedback on this bundle please,

wanting to upgrade my mobo and processor and ram - probably need a new case to as this one is getting really cramped.

Budget is £600

Have you got any thoughts about the stock Cooler for that I7?

Is it worth changing it.
