Hi i am looking to get a new PC, my current one is a custom watercooled unit but last year the unit leaked badly mid game and since then my GPU randomly acts up Graphical Glitch's ect, It plays games but i have a feeling its not long for this world, But if i Tab or Open certain things in windows it has Graphical Glitches Yet 0 issues gaming

I am running a 10900K on a ASROCK AQUA Z490, 64gb Of DD4 Curcial Ram, Zotact 3090 and a 970 Pro 2tb SSD. I am wating to give AMD a go and i was trying to get a smaller PC so i can set it upstiars or quickly move it downstairs, I've used my laptop & RoG Ally more in the last few months, I've gone paranoid the tubes on the above Pc will pop again despite them being fixed and preasure checked, I cant say whats 100% dying but going to say GPU since its graphical glitches but it could have been anything...

Purchase Timeframe: Within the next 2 Months next Holiday is 06.07.2025

Budget: £2500 Max

Usage: 1080p gaming On one System 4k Gaming on a 2nd.

Preferences: Micro ATX max size, White Parts, All AMD

Games i Play: Cyberpunk, Wow, Assassin Creed Series, I have ADHD so i tend to play allot of different games and soon move on from one to another.

the PC i speced out was

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D 4.2 GHz 8-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: TRYX PANORAMA SE ARGB 66.09 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler (i know this isnt good cooler but i won it and want to use it)
Motherboard: Gigabyte B850M AORUS ELITE WIFI6E ICE Micro ATX AM5 Motherboard
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws M5 Neo RGB 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-6000 CL28 Memory
Storage: Samsung 990 Pro 2 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 X4 NVME Solid State Drive
Video Card: ASRock Taichi OC Radeon RX 7900 XTX 24 GB Video Card
Case: Lian Li A3-mATX MicroATX Mini Tower Case With wooden front
Power Supply: Asus ROG LOKI 850 W 80+ Platinum Certified Fully Modular SFX Power Supply

When gaming downstairs it wil just be 1080p on an old TV but upstairs im on a Samsung 32" Neo G8

I've not looked at PC's in the slighest i just in my head want an ALL amd build and All white build if possible.

Or do you think id be better of confirming my 3090 is the fault and just trying to find another Zotrac 390 so i can just swap over the water block, Someone suggested Stripping the GPU and giving a ISP bath, When the Innital leak happened it was 90 on the GPU but it has a soldi back plate, and ran Off, I took the PC to a repair shop and they stripped it and couldnt see any faults and i was using Diaonised water, so no clues

Thanks in advance for any advice or help & used to be a lot more confident in my ability but now 0

Personally I'd find what the fault is first. If you can't find another 3090 to test with your block you could always buy a new GPU anyway and run it in the system with it's stock cooler if you have the cash to splash on an upgrade, or buy/borrow a cheaper card and see if it works ok.

GPU hierarchy, might be handy but bear in mind if you play specific games you're best off looking at GPU reviews to see how it runs those rather than rely on a generalised 'tier' - https://forums.overclockers.co.uk/threads/gpu-hierarchy.18951645/

FYI: Recent Zotac cards have a 5 year warranty if you registered them with Zotac, not sure about the 3090, but you might get lucky. I doubt you could return it with a waterblock attached though :o

Unfortuantly between ordering the Card and then Building the PC more than 30days had passed, I was hit by Covid about 2 days after ordering the GPU and it Hospilised me, By the time i was out and well enough to do anyhing the 30days had passed, I did reach out but then due to health issues never Followed up so only had 3 years, I've already reached out to Zotact last year when the leak happened, I didnt advise about the leak but i did ask about about the gitches and was told it could be drivers at the time. The GPU runs games fine and it under temp..

I am getting the New build itch which isnt helpinng matters But hence the AIO rather than custom watercooling >_< and a Mini pc would be Handy.. but then is it just a waste of my money
