Hi all, I fancy treating myself this Christmas to a new rig as it has been a while since I built the PC in my sig. I want it for gaming but I also use Photoshop a lot to do editing of my astronomy images and also I want to get into doing videos for a YouTube channel I plan to start 2016.

So I picked the following parts and using the PSU, Cooler and HDD's from my rig in my sig. What do you all think of the selection below.

Thanks all for any advice you can give me on the build.

My basket at Overclockers UK:

Total: £813.90
(includes shipping: £0.00)

no, you could start youtube on a socket thats probably pentium 3 era, but for my suggestion i put in 32gb ram as you said photoshop and editing which requires lots of ram and you said gaming, so we suggest stuff that would work for all of it whether its spread out or better at the one sector more.

Thanks all for the advice for me to consider. I know you don't need high spec for a YouTube channel (yes I do understand computers as got HNC in IT and various other qualifications including networking and worked in a PC shop for 4 years)

I just mentioned what I wanted it for beside gaming as video editing and Photoshop editing can be CPU intensive. Thanks again though.
