I have a Sony Vaio BX laptop:
1.73 ghz Pentium M
512mb ram, before i upgrade i'll have 2gb Ram
100gb HDD
128mb Intergrated Graphics (Shared with Ram)

Will this run Vista Home Premium well? If so how well?

Thanks

You probably won't be able to use the Aero interface - it only works on Intel's GMA950 graphics chipsets (and later), and with yours being a Pentium-M it's probably a GMA915.

The 2GB of RAM will help things along so it be able to run all other aspects of Vista without problems.
