upgrading to windows 7 from windows 7 rc

I currently have the windows 7 RC and I need to get the final release (I dual boot linux, and have not used windows for some time so the need to resolve has not been pressing). I don't have another version of windows to downgrade to.

Will an upgrade edition for windows 7 work with windows 7 RC? Anyone have experience with this situation?

No, the only operating systems that qualify for an upgrade are XP and Vista.
