Upgrading - What to get?

Hi, I'm thinking of upgrading my PC to play demanding games such as Flight Sim X and (probably not) Crysis.

I don't have a huge budget nor want a high-end system, so please bare that in mind. I was thinking of getting the following:

Would this system be sufficient and how will it perform? And also, is it needed to upgrade my RAM from no-name 1gb ddr2 to 2gb corsair etc?
