Upgrading. Which DDR3 Mobo?

I currently have a DDR2 Motherboard and I want to upgrade so I can get some DDR3 RAM.

The motherboard would have to work with an AMD Phenom Quad. I have about £70 to spend.

Any suggestions please?

That seems perfect tbh. It seems to be very future proof because I want something that I can upgrade on aswell. Would it be able to keep up with hardware for the next 2 years or so?

Yep.

There maybe PCI-E3.0, but afew tests of a 7970 on 2.0 vs 3.0 show no/negligible differences.

Being Am3+ it takes the Bulldozer chips and AMD have a good history of keeping sockets so Piledriver is very likely the same socket.
