Hi all,
So during the lockdown, I’ve bought 14 identical Win 10 pro HP 250 G3 laptops home with me to upgrade.
Most are on CU 1803 and i’m taking them all to 1909.
However, I’ve come across 3 laptops so far that are on 1703 and simply won’t connect to the internet on my home broadband (wired or wireless). After doing all the usual troubleshooting including a winsock reset its made no difference. They all get an APIPA address even though all adaptors are set for DHCP.
Can’t figure out why, other than maybe it’s the 1703 that’s causing the issue.
I do have a win upgrade USB disk for 1909, but I’d like to get to the bottom of why this is happening.
any ideas?
