Basically I get the message that I cannot upgrade from this version of windows... any idea why?
I don't really have the capabilities to perform a clean install.

I get this message: "You can’t upgrade this prerelease version of Windows 7. Go online to see how to install Windows 7 and keep your files and settings." - With no indication of what to do or where online to look.

Then don't. As far as I know you can't go from 7232 to 7600. Just stick with 7232 until the final thing comes out.

And you should be backing up your stuff anyway.

I know... but I got excited when building my PC and clicked on RAID 0 instead of RAID 1... Now I have a 1.2TB RAID 0 array.

Still.... any suggestions?
I kinda want to upgrade to 7600 as punkbuster is supposed to work, and I'm having some funny problems with Cubase 5's Bit-Bridge.

It's better to stay with 7232 as it last till 1 march 2010. 7600 only gives one 30 days and though there are workarounds they tend to be short lived! Rearming for 120 day there is that - but I can't see it's worth the agro.
