Upgrading with O2

As silly as it sounds, I have never actually done my upgrading through O2 directly. I was wondering what number you guys ring to do your upgrading with O2?

Follow the voice prompts and you'll get through to a real person eventually.

I tried getting an upgrade out of them a couple of weeks ago, they didn't want to know. oh well.
