Upgrading - Worth replacing PSU too?

I'm looking at upgrading my 9 year old 4790k system. I''ve pretty much narrowed it down to a i5 13500, MSI PRO B760-P Motherboard and 64GB ram. I'll be keeping my existing sata ssd and 2 hdds for now along with my GTX 1660ti for now. I currently have a Corsair CX600 PSU. Would this be good to use with the upgrade or is worth replacing it too?

Why the 13500 ?

Decent enough performance improvement for the price really. Is there anything different you'd recommend? I'm using a corsair 200r case if that makes any difference

Is an AIO feasible in a 200R case? I'm currently using air cooling. Can't really move to a bigger case either due to space limitations
