Evening all. Well looks like i can finally upgrade to an i5 WooT

Looking for some advice on if my components sound Ok.... ta in advance!

Current system:
Windows 7 Ultimate 64 - Core 2 Quad @ 3.2 - Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3LR - 8GB 8500C5 - XFX 5870 ATI - 500mb WD HDD - SilverStone Raven V02 - Samsung P2450H 24" - Logitech: G500, G35, Wave - Custom water-cooling Loop

More details here First time water cooling project

Getting:

CPU: i5 760 (costing me about 125)
Mobo: ASUS P7P55D-E LX (hoping about 50 / 60)
Memory: CORSAIR 4GB (2X2GB) XMS3 DDR3 1600MHZ (costing me 60 i think, still looking around for somehwere cheaper)
VGA 2: Nvidia GT220 for deadicated PhysX (about 50) Can you maybe susgest a better / cheaper option?

I'm also changing my water cooling to have two loops instead of one. which means I'm getting rid of my XSPC Pump/Res combo (to be honest its pretty rubbish) and replacing it with two XSPC Single bay res' and two MCP355 Pumps

Any tips or advice on my choices, much apperciated.

I want another card for deadicated physX and my current board only has one PCI Express 16 so i would need to get a new board anyways.

Also isn't DDR3 much better than DDR2?
