upgrading

Hi there,

What would you upgrade to from my current spec in sig...

I was looking at

I7 920
Asus P6T SE
6GB
keeping the gpu

Would I see much of difference in performance when a) photoshopping b) video coding and c) gaming ....please refrain from thinking I am a hardcore photoshopper, video encoder and gamer as I am not

However I use a few times a month

Please advise..
