I have received an offer for just my desktop pc, no peripherals. Specification are in sig.

How much of an upgrade would this be on my current system.

I don't particularly want to upgrade. But my brother has made an offer for my machine, and for the sake of spending an extra couple of quid, wanted to see how much of an improvement I could get.

Thanks for the quick reply, If it's not much of an upgrade I wont bother. I'm assuming the i5 2500k is still the way to go for gaming?

Minus the SSD, would that be a significant improvement on what I already got?

Thanks for the fast replies.

Well, after speaking to my brother, All he wants is Guild Wars 2 ready and League of Legends.

I know anything can play League of Legends. But Guild Wars 2 beta struggled on high for me, might of been my drivers though.

The maximum he is willing to spend is £700 with no peripherals other than a monitor and a headset.

Thanks in advance.
