Uplay and windows 10 v1903

i have a really odd issue, i install uplay and settings/store/games section all work.

Install a game or point to a previously installed game, so far im good.

Re launch Uplay and i cant access settings or the games dont show up in the library, infact nothing shows up in both the library or settings, but the store does?

I re installed windows today as it was way over due so used the new 1903 windows 10 version, not sure if that has relevance but thought i would ask if anyone else has seen this before?

No it not a bug in 1903, it nothing to do with 1903.

I had same issue after read the OP and found other had same issue on Uplay forum.

After read the last post and I downloaded last Uplay version 5.1.6066.0 from Filehippo.com.

Tested on VM installed the last version, don't launch Uplay and then made backup of Uplay folder. Launched Uplay and it will patched to latest version and I closed Uplay then opened backup Uplay folder and copied all contents to Uplay folder and opened Version.txt changed from 6066 to 6108 which is the latest version and saved. Launched UPlay and finally I now able to see all of my games purchased in Games library. :D

It just a stupid bug in latest Uplay April patch.
