uPlay login email details - anyway to find it in game directory?

Okay, so fancied a quick go on Ghost Recon Breakpoint tonight, fired up uPlay and it presented me with a login screen. Hmmm....strange, doesn't usually do that as my details are usually saved.

So at this point I'm thinking 'I cant remember what email address I used to login, its been that long'

Logged in with the one I thought it might be and it shows 4 of my installed games, but if I start any of them it starts as a trial, not the full game (it started GRBP as a trial and chucked it into my 'Games' section as you can see). Clearly I've logged into uPlay with the wrong email address/account - is there anyway I can go into the game directories for any of the installed games and find a text log file or similar that will show the actual email account the game is tied to on uPlay?

I've tried numerous different email addresses to login with no success. I usually keep the details on email accounts tied to logins for these but typically I can't find them anywhere now.

No, because that would be very easy for people to get your details with a simple text search. Surely any games you've claimed will have a receipt sent to your email address?

I would have thought so too, but if I search for ubisoft, uplay, ghost recon etc theres nothing coming up within the email address folder. If I'm even searching in the correct email address folder in the first place.

if you use chrome/google account maybe your info is there under the passwords

Tried resetting your password trick and feeding it all the emails you think it might be?

Perhaps search your email inboxes for uPlay purchase receipts?

I've tried that but I may not be searching using the correct keywords. Does anyone have a receipt screenshot of an email from a purchase they can show me (appropriately edited so no personal info is shown of course) which maybe shows the uplay/Ubisoft headers etc?

I honestly cant remember receiving any confirmation emails when I purchased the games in my screenshot via the uPlay interface directly. I know you can go into your 'orders/purchases' and see them in there but getting receipt via email I can't recall getting. I only really use three email addresses for online stuff and I've searched through them all to no avail. The puzzling thing is that the email address I genuinely thought I usually signed in with is showing I have not made any purchases. I did find an email from CD Keys where I had purchased the Ghost Recon Breakpoint Year 1 pass but if I drop that into the 'Activate Key' option it tells me that the content is tied to another account. So quite clearly I'm signed into the incorrect email address.

So annoying. It looks like I'm going to perhaps loose all 4 purchases plus the extra passes I've paid for if I cant work this out.

Have you spoke to ubisoft about it? They might be able to help ( remind you of the email address ) if you can provide enough information such as payment details used on those transactions/ login locations / username+any changes ect ect make sure if you do speak to them to specify that your not asking for the password as you will recover it via the email address if needed.

where did you buy the games? how many email addresses do you have. as suggested plug them all into the lost password to see what ones you get an email. other possibility is that someone else logged in and changed the email address? but you would still have a record of the purchase in at least 1 of your email addresses...
