Uplay speed limiting (due to Corona) --- NO they are not (yet)

I know PlayStation has said on the record they are working with ISPs to reduce download speeds in EU and US so everyone can still get access but has Ubisoft joined in? I can't get higher than 4.2MB/sec from Uplay PC with Sky. Anyone else on a different ISP get the same thing?

I’ve downloaded a couple of games on Uplay today and it maxed my speed so no restriction with Virgin currently.

Thanks, I guess it is either Sky or some contention. I'll see what happens later tonight.

Doesn't virgin use it's own infrastructure rather than likes of the other shared one?

I think my possible issue yesterday was caused by my uploading some big files to OneDrive whilst Uplay was downloading Far Cry 4. It seems to have been fine since.
