Hoping someone here has had this problem. Can't seem to find anything online about it.
Bought the nephew silent hunter 5 for xmas (his pick) and it was for uplay which i have never really had any issues with myself.
He has put the key in and its came straight up with play. Clicks play on the game and it tells him the files are not correctly installed. I think uPlay is thinking its downloaded the game already. I have tried to click uninstall but there is no game in the add/remove programmes and i have looked everywhere for a download etc. Ubisoft support are just taking a lifetime to even understand what i mean.
Anyone had this before?
