Hi Guys,

New SSD coming tomorrow! How easy is it to transfer games/saves onto new game SSD in uPlay?
Steam and origin seem simple enough.

I can only assume to follow the methods of Origin.

Backup installed games, start the download to create the folders & registries, copy backup over the newly created folders, restart the download & it should complete.

I would Google it a bit first, Uplay it's a terrible program and I'm sure I've read there are issues doing what you intend.

Not sure how uplay is terrible, it works and that is all it needs to do.......

Still got a few gripes with it though, the biggest being that with games such as AC3 I have to keep opening and closing the game until it stops updating (i.e Patch 1, Patch 2, Patch 3 etc.)

Yeah this is the biggest issue I have with it, such an old fashioned way of keeping your games up-to-date.

Nope it doesn't, it just overwrites the data unless they recently incorporated it.

@op, if your titles are already installed, use game save manager(steam spreader part iirc) to move them:
