Hmm, an idea:

An AutoIt script assigned to F5 or something, when you press that it makes a copy of your save game possibly with the date/time/a random string at the end of the file name so it doesn't overwrite the previous save.

Hacking banks will be good when I get further - can steal money and get myself a super PC :p

I've never gone much into bank stealing, have traces a few bank transfers and stuff though.

Don't they need voice recognition, a cypher thingy and a password cracker to get in? By which time you will have run out of time :(
 
Just did a 1.3 million robbery.

I did it like you said :D

First connection = InterNic
Last connection = the bank

Go into user account management, type the account number in and use password cracker to get password.

Transfer the money to your account.

Remove the statement log from the victims account.

Remove the statement log from your account.

Log into InterNic (they don't have any security on there at all, apart from a simple password) and remove the logs that link the bank hack to you.

Done ;)

Now I'm minted :p
 
This game gets better and better, after I had splashed out on the best gateway and the best hardware I thought I might not enjoy the game as much anymore, but I got the Uplink ultimate guide out for a few tips (http://guide.modlink.net/) and did a load more missions, it gets more and more fun!

Framing people, destroying main frames etc. :D

Previously in this game I used to randomly hop through a load of connections making the last one my target machine. Then when I was done on the target machine I'd delete the logs. I very often use to run out of time and I wouldn't be able to delete the logs. Now I always connect through InterNIC and remove the routed and password accepted logs from there which makes it a whole lot easier :)

Some company told me off because I didn't frame someone for the right crimes by mistake :p

I'm still trying to decide if I should send Revelation to those people or destroy their servers with Revelation :p - I guess both companies start framing you if you take sides?

EDIT

Also, what do I need to do if someone I'm supposed to frame is already in jail for a previous frame? Do I just have to wait until they're out?

Hehe my current 1520GHZ processor sometimes does passwords faster than typing them. Only got about 100gq or memory though :(

Also, any ideas how to get more bandwidth? I can't get the top internet connection because apparently me gateway doesn't have the bandwidth.
