Upload high res iP4 video

Does anyone know the best way to upload un-compressed iPhone 4 video's to facebook and YouTube?

Iam jailbroken and tried truehd but it doesnt seem to be working on 4.3.3

It will upload HD video fine to YouTube via the native built in "Send to YouTube" option.

I've uploaded a few videos to Youtube from my iPhone 4 and they show as 720p HD.

They upload as HD if you select HD from the selection list after clicking Send To YouTube.

Via wifi, as previously said.
